Addiction Workshops

Ireland is listed as the fifth worst country in Europe for alcohol related problems according to a WHO report in 2018. A “Global Report on Cocaine 2023” issued by the UNODC reflects that Irish people are the joint-fourth highest users of cocaine. Our workshop can help Employers educate employees on the risks involved in substance use, whilst guiding employees to gaining support if required.

Prevention

Facilitation of a 1hr preventative and educational workshop on different addictions and substances that are trending in Ireland today.

Education

Each addiction and substance will be explored, and their effects explained. We also discuss the best route for someone seeking support from substance use.

Q&A Discussion

David respects peoples confidentially, all discussions are completely confidential, and participants are treated with the utmost respect and non-judgement. A big part of recovery is knowing that you can have the confidence to speak to someone who will respect your confidentiality.

Some kind words - Testimonials

Support

"We were delighted to welcome David to our Youth Work team meeting to talk about how drugs effect our everyday lives. David's knowledge of the subject and his easy style of presentation made the workshop so interesting that we didn't realise the time had gone by so quickly. David encouraged us to ask questions while he listened intently and guided us to the resources and supports that are available for those affected by addiction but also those who are doing their best to provide support."
